Horsies.

I can't tell you how many times I've heard, "Mama, wanna ride da horsieeees" in the past two days. Friday we had the best play-date ever with our new friends, Jen and Eva. They invited us and our partners in crime, the Reimers, to come play and ride horses. It was blast, and I think Ada needs a pony for her birthday. This girl is seriously a natural. :)

Just Another Day in Paradise.

We have the best date-swap system worked out with our friends. Love it and love them. :) So Luke and I took a half-day date on Thursday and went to the San Diego Temple in the morning and did a 3 hour whale-watching tour afterwards. We saw a Fin Whale- which is the second largest whale in the world. It was SOOOO cool!!!
Words cannot express the beauty of the San Diego temple. If you think it's beautiful on the outside you should see the inside. I was going to put pix of it, but they didn't do it justice at all. Luke and I agree it is the most heaven-like building we have ever been in. Not only is it exquisite, but the feeling is like any other. As soon as you ascend up the staircase you just know that this is the house of God. It is simple, pure, happy, reverent, and just as perfect as can be. Oh how grateful I am for the blessing of being able to go. And if you haven't been in the temple and want to go- you can! Anyone can. Which is the awesome thing about it. Just talk to the missionaries. They can help you. Or talk to any member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and they can hook you up. :)
We ate a late lunch at a delish breakfast place called Richard Walker's. The food was incredible. And oh, how Luke and I LOVE good food... mmmm...
And here are our little angels. Our favorite game is hide-and-seek. Here's one of the 10 hiding places in our little apt.

La Jolla Cove.

Today we went to La Jolla Cove with the Ramsey Fam after church, (which was INCREDIBLE- Mitt and Ann Romney were there cz their son got put into the new Stake Pres. The feelings were unreal today) and we loved every minute of it! San Diego has the coolest places! I feel overwhelmed when I think of all the sites we need to see before we leave. We saw tons of birds, sea lions, crabs and anemones, huge waves, and awesome dogs. I've never wanted a dog so badly in my life till we moved here.

Ada reminds me of The Little Mermaid in the picture. I'm not really sure why though...

K, this was seriously hilarious. Lincoln waved at these women, who were obviously visiting from a foreign country, and they thought he was just the cutest thing ever. They quickly wisked him away to get their picture taken with him, each taking turns holding him and getting their picture. It was the weirdest/funniest thing ever! Afterwards Lincoln said, "Those ladies were really nice."

The Radical Ramsey Family. We love these guys!!

And "last the best of all the game" is definitely true with this gem...
LOL! Luke and I laughed our heads off when we saw this awkward pic!
